Spilling My Guts - by Rosemary S. McGee
Spilling My Guts is a memoir, a poetic medical narrative, and a healing tool. It is about coming face-to-face with past events and inner conflicts and walking through them by telling secrets and intimate life stories in poetry.
After a successful 25-year career as a Wall Street executive Rosemary S. McGee has recreated herself as a poet, publisher, student and teacher. She has completed her Master’s degree in Medical Humanities at Drew University in Madison, NJ, and is currently working toward her doctorate. Rosemary owns and operates a small custom publishing and consulting company, and has taught poetry and healing to high school students in Jersey City. She is active in her community, serving on the boards of a women’s half-way house and New Jersey City University Foundation, and is a member of the Morristown Memorial Hospital Bioethics Committee. She currently lives in New Vernon, NJ with her husband Philip McGee.
